1. Supervising the occupancy plan
The home owner makes sure that no over bookings happen. The only
reference for checking availabilities is the booking engine of e-holidayhome.
Dates that show free availability can be booked. All reservations
also personal bookings by the home owner have to be registered over
the booking engine of e-holidayhome. There is no charge for your
personal bookings.

2. Over booking rules and regulations
If, in any case it happens, that an overbooking has been made, always
the booking which was inserted into the booking engine of e-holidayhome
first will be served first.

3. Before arrival of the client
Before arrival of any costumer the holiday home has to be inspected
and has to be ready, so that the client arrives to a clean lodging.
In between departure and arrival a complete cleaning of the holiday
home including any outside and extra buildings has to be done.

4. Welcome clients, hand over the key
The client will arrive between 16.00 and 19.00. The key holder will
accept the e-holidayhome voucher that entitles the clientt to the
holiday stay and shows the client the holiday home and will explain
the functions of any facilities and hands over bed linen and bath
towels (if included in the price). The departure time is 10.00.

5. Maintenance of the holiday home
Any problems that arise during the stay of a client and or outside
of the rental time in connection with the holiday home have to be
taken care of by the home owner/key holder. e-holidayhome have to
be notified early enough about necessary repairs and/ or replacements.

6. Client service during the stay
In the case of problems with the client it is the duty of the home
owner/key holder as far as possible to rectify any missing or lacking
objects/services and to notify e-holidayhome about any missing items
needed by the clients. e-holidayhome has the right in the case of
failure by the home owner/key holder to provide the service deemed
correctly, to give the client a refund and to deduct this amount
from the rental fee.

7. Responsibility for key holding
In the case that the home owner/key holder will be impeded to welcome
the clients, a replacement, substitute has to deliver the best possible
client service at the arrival as well as during the stay.
