Login/Questionnaire
The home owner is kindly requested to fill out a standardized online questionnaire with all pertinent information about the holiday home. The home owner solely is responsible for the accuracy of the information made in the questionnaire. To access the questionnaire the home owner needs a personal login. Registration service and later changes are provided for free.
 
Term of rental contract
The rental contract becomes valid the day the payment for the respective insertion periode is paid. With its payment, the home owner agrees to price, terms and conditions and duties as published on our website.
This contract will be renewed automatically after receipt of payment for a further period of time. If one month before the end of the last rental period no further payment has been made on the account of e-holidayhome the contract will automatically expire. Reservations that are taken until the expiration date has taken effect, have to be honored.
 
Term of payment
The insertion/advertisement costs have to be paid in advance. Have a look at our pricelist. The day of receipt of payment your holiday home will be online on e-holidayhome.com ready to book.
 
Occupancy plan
The core of the partnership between the home owner and e-holidayhome is the occpuancy plan. This plan ensures that no double bookings occur nevertheless your holiday home is bookable 24 hours a day, 365 days a year online. Both, reservations from e-holidayhome and your own one's, need to be inserted online into the occupancy plan. In any case, if still double bookings should happen, first priority has the booking which was inserted into the online occupancy plan first.
 
Using the occupancy plan for free
The home owner can integrate the occupancy plan in its own homepage or link it on the other partner websits for free. Thus, the holiday home is online bookable on all sales channels.
 
Collection of payment/payment guarantee
e-holidayhome is responsible for the collection of the rental fee of its own clients as well as sending out the travel documents and the customer service after holiday (complaints). At the same time we guarantee to you the payment of realised rental income at the day of clients arrival. For this service e-holidayhome keeps 15% of the rental income
 
Cancellation compensation
In case a customer does not start his/her own booked and confirmed holidays (after the deposit has been made) we at e-holidayhome will compensate you the home owner as follows:
 
Indemnity
Until 29 days before arrival 10% of the rental price
28-15 days before arrival 20% of the rental price
14-0 days before arrival 50% of the rental price
